Cancellation Policy

At Bhumi Fancy Yarn, we understand that circumstances may change after an order has been placed. Our Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which an order may be cancelled.

Since our yarn products may involve production planning, customization, material allocation, packaging, and dispatch arrangements, cancellation requests are subject to the terms below.

1. Cancellation Request

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Bhumi Fancy Yarn as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Customer/Company name
  • Order or invoice number
  • Product details
  • Quantity
  • Reason for cancellation

All cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by Bhumi Fancy Yarn.

2. Cancellation Before Production

If a cancellation request is received before production or processing has started, we may consider the cancellation, subject to the applicable order terms.

Any applicable charges or costs already incurred may be deducted from the amount refundable to the customer, where applicable.

3. Cancellation After Production Has Started

Once production, processing, customization, packing, or material allocation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is accepted in exceptional circumstances, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred by Bhumi Fancy Yarn in connection with the order.

4. Customized or Special Orders

Orders manufactured, processed, or customized according to specific customer requirements may generally not be eligible for cancellation once production or processing has commenced.

This may include products with:

  • Specific colours
  • Special yarn specifications
  • Customized quantities
  • Special finishes
  • Customer-specific requirements
  • Special packaging or labelling

5. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the shipping/logistics provider, it generally cannot be cancelled.

If the customer refuses delivery or requests a return after dispatch, the applicable shipping, handling, return, or other costs may be charged to the customer, subject to the agreed commercial terms.

6. Cancellation by Bhumi Fancy Yarn

Bhumi Fancy Yarn reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Manufacturing or supply limitations
  • Incorrect product or pricing information
  • Unforeseen operational circumstances
  • Failure to receive required information or confirmation from the customer
  • Payment or commercial issues
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled by Bhumi Fancy Yarn after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable payment and commercial terms.

7. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund amount will depend on:

  • The stage of the order
  • Production or processing costs already incurred
  • Customization costs
  • Packaging or logistics costs
  • Other applicable commercial terms

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

8. No Cancellation for Change of Mind

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an order cannot generally be cancelled solely because the customer has changed their mind after the order has been confirmed, particularly where production or processing has already commenced.

9. Failure to Provide Required Information

If a customer fails to provide necessary product specifications, approvals, shipping information, or other required details within the agreed timeframe, Bhumi Fancy Yarn may delay, hold, or cancel the order.

Any costs resulting from such delays or cancellation may be subject to the applicable commercial terms.

10. Force Majeure

Bhumi Fancy Yarn shall not be responsible for delays or inability to fulfil an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Fire or accidents
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Labour disputes
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Power or infrastructure failures
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such situations, the order may be delayed, modified, or cancelled depending on the circumstances.

11. Order-Specific Terms

Certain orders may be subject to specific cancellation conditions agreed between Bhumi Fancy Yarn and the customer at the time of order confirmation.

Where applicable, the written order confirmation, quotation, invoice, or commercial agreement will take precedence over this general Cancellation Policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

Bhumi Fancy Yarn reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
