As our products may be manufactured or supplied according to specific customer requirements, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.
1. Order Confirmation
All orders placed with Bhumi Fancy Yarn are subject to confirmation of product specifications, quantity, pricing, delivery terms, and other applicable commercial conditions.
Once an order has been confirmed and production or dispatch has started, cancellation, return, or refund may not be possible unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return request may be considered if the delivered product:
- Is materially different from the agreed product specifications
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Has been damaged during transportation
- Contains an incorrect product or quantity due to an error on our part
Any return request must be reported to us within the specified period communicated with the order or invoice.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted for products that:
- Have been used, processed, altered, dyed, cut, or otherwise modified
- Have been damaged due to improper storage or handling
- Were manufactured according to specific customer requirements or custom specifications
- Are returned without prior approval
- Are returned after the applicable return period
- Do not have the original packaging or necessary documentation, where applicable
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
For faster resolution, we may request:
- Order or invoice details
- Product/batch information
- Photographs or videos showing the issue
- Details of the quantity affected
- Other relevant information required to investigate the matter
Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
5. Return Approval
Please do not send products back without receiving prior confirmation from Bhumi Fancy Yarn.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process, shipping arrangements, and required documentation.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6. Refunds
If a refund is approved after review, the refund amount and method will depend on the circumstances of the order and the applicable commercial terms.
Refunds may be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
7. Replacement or Credit
Depending on the nature of the issue, Bhumi Fancy Yarn may, at its discretion and subject to the agreed commercial terms, provide:
- Replacement of the affected product
- Replacement of the affected quantity
- Credit against a future order
- Refund of the applicable amount
The appropriate resolution will be determined after reviewing the specific case.
8. Shipping and Return Costs
If the return is required due to an error, confirmed defect, or other issue attributable to Bhumi Fancy Yarn, the applicable return or replacement shipping arrangements will be discussed with the customer.
For returns arising from customer preference, incorrect information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our responsibility, any applicable shipping or handling costs may be borne by the customer.
9. Inspection and Quality Claims
All quality-related claims are subject to inspection and verification.
Since yarn and textile products can be affected by storage conditions, handling, processing, environmental conditions, and subsequent manufacturing processes, claims may be evaluated based on the agreed product specifications and applicable quality standards.
A return or refund will not automatically be issued merely upon submission of a claim.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Once an order has entered production, customization, packing, or dispatch, cancellation may not be permitted or may be subject to applicable charges and commercial terms.
For customized or specially manufactured products, cancellation and refund conditions may differ.
11. No Refund for Change of Mind
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, refunds or returns will generally not be provided solely because a customer has changed their mind after an order has been confirmed.
For B2B and customized orders, the applicable order confirmation and agreed commercial terms will take precedence.
12. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, Bhumi Fancy Yarn may consider a return, replacement, credit, or refund outside the standard conditions at its discretion.
Any such exception does not create an obligation to provide the same resolution in future cases.
